I've practiced deep tissue therapy, muscle reflexes and bodywork for the past 5 years. Through my yoga practice, I've learned a lot about how to channel energy through various points of the body, aligning your chakras and leaving you feeling completely at ease is my mission. I have been working towards perfecting my craft to leave every client feeling satisfied and refreshed. My talent truly lies in the healing of the body, mind, and soul. I have fifriendboy hands and a good core for support. I provide great deep tissue work that reaches all muscles of your body and aims to release stress. My sessions combine therapeutic and m4m massage elements with energizing, light, medium or heavy pressure. I pay close attention to your needs and uniquely tailor each massage for maximum enjoyment. I can go as deep or as gentle as you like.
I consider myself very spiritually aware and in tune with other people's frequencies. I know my body and mind very well, and so it is easy for me to get in touch with your body's needs and to help you relax and relieve muscle tension. I'm a very outdoorsy person, it's important to stay in touch with your natural instincts. Some men would say I'm very in depth with my sense of touch and concentration.
