We first verified interest in meeting via email. Then continued on to scheduling via text, around 10:20 am. He said he was available all day. I suggested 2 pm. He said he was available earlier, so I suggested 1 pm. He asked about parking & I told him it can sometimes be difficult, but I would help him look once he arrived.
