These terms govern access to and use of Friendboy, an adults-only gay male escort directory based in the Netherlands. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the site.

Friendboy is published by Friendboy BV, Hulstweg 11, 1032 LB Amsterdam, Netherlands. Legal, removal, moderation or reporting requests must be sent through the contact form.
1. Adults only, local laws and lawful access
Friendboy is strictly reserved for adults aged 18 years or older. By accessing the site, creating or managing a profile, or submitting content, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally allowed to view and use adult-oriented escort directory content in your jurisdiction. 2. Directory role only

3. Profiles, accounts and submissions
Anyone submitting or managing a profile confirms that the submitted information is accurate, lawful and kept up to date; that they are the person represented in the listing or have full authority to submit it; that every person shown or described is 18 years or older; that they own or have the rights to the submitted text, photos and contact details; and that they consent to publication of the submitted profile information. Contact details submitted for a public profile may be displayed publicly.
4. Licence to publish submitted content
You keep any rights you have in content you submit, but you grant Friendboy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, display, format, adapt for technical presentation, index and distribute that content as needed to operate, promote, moderate and archive the directory. You are responsible for ensuring that this licence does not infringe third-party rights.
5. Prohibited content and conduct
Content or activity involving minors, coercion, trafficking, exploitation, non-consensual material, impersonation, stolen photos, illegal services, hate speech, threats, harassment, malware, spam, deceptive practices or infringement of third-party rights is strictly forbidden. Suspected illegal activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.
6. Moderation, refusal and removal
Submissions may be reviewed, edited for formatting, refused, unpublished, suspended or removed at Friendboy's discretion, especially where content appears unlawful, unsafe, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, technically harmful, outdated or contrary to these terms. Friendboy may also restrict access to accounts or features where needed to protect the site, users or legal compliance.
7. Profile publication and visibility
Profile publication and visibility features are subject to moderation, technical availability and compliance with these terms. Friendboy does not guarantee acceptance of unlawful or non-compliant content, uninterrupted publication, traffic, enquiries, ranking, visibility or any business result. Profiles may be reviewed before publication and may be limited, refused, unpublished or removed when necessary.
8. User responsibility and risk

Provide enough information to identify the page or profile concerned. Friendboy may request additional information to verify and handle the request.
10. Third-party services and links
The site may contain links, profile contact details or third-party services. Friendboy is not responsible for third-party websites, messaging apps, external caches, search engines or services outside its control.
11. Availability and changes to the service
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Friendboy may modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue any part of the site, directory, publication workflow or account feature where needed for operational, security, legal or business reasons.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Friendboy is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, reputational harm, data loss, third-party conduct, off-site interactions, external search engine caches, or damages arising from use of or inability to use the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Responsibility for your breach
You are responsible for losses, claims, complaints, regulatory issues or costs caused by content you submit, your unlawful use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
14. Changes to these terms
